We deliver across Pakistan

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Weekend Order Notice:

Orders placed on Saturday evening/night or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. The 3–5 working day delivery period will be counted from Monday (the dispatch day).

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed according to the current shipping policy and order details.

Before placing an order, please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are correct. Our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.

Order Confirmation

Orders may require confirmation before dispatch. Once your order has been confirmed, it is prepared and handed over to the courier for delivery.

Please keep your phone number available so our team or courier partner can contact you when required.

Example: If an order is placed on Sunday, it will be dispatched on Monday, and the expected 3–5 working day delivery period starts from Monday.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the order for eligible products.

Returns or exchanges may be considered in the following situations:

• The product is damaged or defective when received.

• The wrong product was sent.

• The received product does not match the confirmed order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all applicable tags, accessories, and included items.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, washed, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Ehraam House, we will review the issue and provide the appropriate return instructions.

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error on our side, return shipping charges may apply.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Do not return an item without receiving return instructions from our team.

Important Product-Specific Conditions

Some products may have specific return or exchange conditions due to their nature, hygiene requirements, size, or packaging.

Please check the applicable product information and return policy before placing your order.

For hygiene-sensitive products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

• Order number

• Customer name

• Contact number

• Product name

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable
