Return & Exchange Policy

At Ehraam House, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The item received is defective, or

  • The item delivered is different from the one ordered

For all other reasons (such as change of mind, size issue, etc.), refunds will not be given. Only exchange will be allowed.

Please note:

  • No refund will be given in case of price differences between exchanged items.

  • The customer must send the item to our office address.

  • Delivery charges during exchange will be paid by the customer.

  • After inspection, we will courier the exchanged item.

Sale Items

  • Items on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Only defective sale items will be eligible for exchange.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
